GENERAL

• Nothing involving my artwork may be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFT’s, cryptocurrency or future inventions in the space.• I will not draw:
Hate speech/symbols, NSFW, fan-art, copywritten characters and any type of imagery that may be unethical to produce.• I can turn down the commission for any reason. If you are unsure if your idea is appropriate, please do ask me.

Process and Payment

• All payments should be in USD. All commissions are paid through PayPal Invoices. I will not start your commission until the full amount is paid.• You may ask for price quotes anytime. This does not mean the slot is taken unless paid for. Any quotes given are only a range and approximate to the set price and I may request more or less.• My artwork is not first come first served. If the commission needs to be done at a specific time, please discuss it with me beforehand. Please note that I will only prioritise your queue if well-reasoned.• There are no set due dates. When commissioning me, please be aware that the bigger the commission, the longer it will take me to finish it. My commission completion is at Max 3 Months, but if under any circumstances it might take more, you will be updated!• Big changes can only be done during the sketch phase. You have up to 2 small changes each further on in the artwork before extra payment will be asked. If mistakes are made on my side, please mention them as I won’t be fixing the artwork after I’ve ticked it off my list.

Artist/Customer Rights

ARTIST’S RIGHTS

• I as the artist reserve full rights to the artwork, share it on social media, use it within portfolios, commission examples and sell created art in digital or physical forms (Artbooks/Prints/etc).• Please respect my work. You may not trace, draw on, recolour or in any way that would alter or violate the artwork.• Do not delete or edit my watermark. You may request an unwatermarked version of the artwork but may not share my unwatermarked art publicly.

CLIENT’S RIGHTS

• You own the rights to your character. You may upload commissioned art to any personal website, gallery, or journal with credits provided.• My artwork is for personal and private use only. You may NOT profit and use my artwork for any commercial purposes unless specifically accorded when the order is made. If intended on selling the character, the cost of the art should not cost more than it was bought.

Refunds/Cancellations

• I strictly do not do refunds. Due to PayPal's extreme tax system, refunds will not be given under any circumstances due to the cost needed to be filled on my end. This is unless I am surely unable to complete your commission. Depending on the situation, you may only receive a partial payment unless the commission never started.• Issuing a chargeback will get you blacklisted, from any future commissions and adopts from me. (This includes adopts from my Closed Species)
